This is my first signature sauce and it has evolved over the years. This sauce was birthed when I had my restaurant called Wah gwaan Diner and it became a hit amongst many even the Texan Football team that visited the Greenbrier Resort for training camp.

This started out as a chunky pineapple sweet chili wing sauce at Wah Gwaan Diner but as my YouTube journey started and evolved this sauce has evolve too and I’ve added jalapeños and other spices to make it a versatile and flavorful sauce that will be tasty on almost any dish. The sauce is complex and not only the perfect savory sauce but it will be a crowd pleaser.
